Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Welcome to CRAOI.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you access or use the CRAOI website, digital platform, mobile application, content and related services.
Please read them carefully. By creating a CRAOI account, accessing or using CRAOI, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use CRAOI.
These Terms apply to individual users of CRAOI. If your employer or another organisation provides you with access to CRAOI, separate commercial terms may also govern the relationship between that organisation and CRAOI.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Who can use CRAOI
You must be 18 years of age or older to create your own CRAOI account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when creating or using your account is accurate and for keeping relevant account information up to date.
You may not create an account on behalf of another individual without appropriate authority.
Using CRAOI content with children
Some CRAOI activities or content may be suitable for an adult user to enjoy with their children or family, such as certain movement, mindfulness, relaxation, gratitude or wellbeing activities.
A child does not need to become a CRAOI user or create a CRAOI account to participate in an appropriate activity alongside an adult account holder.
If you choose to involve a child in a CRAOI activity:
-
you remain responsible for deciding whether the activity is suitable for that child;
-
the child should participate under appropriate adult supervision;
-
you should take account of the child's age, abilities, health and individual circumstances;
-
you should stop an activity if it causes discomfort or appears unsuitable; and
-
you should not enter personal information about a child into your CRAOI account unless a CRAOI feature expressly permits this and appropriate privacy information has been provided.
CRAOI is not designed as a service directed at children and children under 18 may not independently create CRAOI accounts.
3. Access through your employer
Your employer or another organisation may purchase or arrange access to CRAOI for you.
In those circumstances, your right to access some or all CRAOI services may depend on the organisation's agreement with CRAOI.
If that agreement ends, your employment ends, your employer changes its wellbeing offering or you otherwise cease to be eligible for organisation-sponsored access, your access to some or all CRAOI services may change or end.
Where available, you may have the option to continue using CRAOI independently under a separate subscription or other arrangement.
Your employer's relationship with CRAOI does not give your employer unrestricted access to your individual wellbeing information.
Information about how CRAOI handles your personal information and organisational reporting is provided in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your account
Some CRAOI services require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
-
providing accurate information;
-
keeping your login details secure;
-
taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account; and
-
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not share your login credentials with another person or allow another person to impersonate you through your account.
If you become aware of unauthorised use of your account, please contact hello@craoi.com.
5. What CRAOI is — and isn't
CRAOI is designed to support wellbeing, learning, positive action and healthier everyday behaviours.
CRAOI does not provide medical care.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CRAOI's platform, content, activities, challenges, workshops and wellbeing experiences are provided for general wellbeing, educational and informational purposes.
They are not intended to provide:
-
medical diagnosis or treatment;
-
psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment;
-
counselling;
-
physiotherapy;
-
medical nutrition therapy;
-
emergency or crisis support; or
-
other regulated healthcare services.
Information provided through CRAOI should not be treated as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a health condition, injury, are pregnant, take medication, have concerns about your physical or mental health, or are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating where necessary.
You should stop any physical or wellbeing activity if you experience pain, dizziness, significant discomfort or other symptoms that cause concern.
6. CRAOI is not an emergency or crisis service
CRAOI is not an emergency, medical or crisis-response service and is not monitored for emergency communications.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, requires urgent medical attention or is experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services in your location.
Do not use CRAOI, its messaging functions, coaching services or hello@craoi.com as a substitute for emergency assistance.
7. Health & Wellness Coaching
Where CRAOI provides Health & Wellness Coaching, coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, wellbeing, goals and positive change.
Health & Wellness Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or another form of regulated healthcare unless explicitly stated otherwise and delivered by an appropriately qualified professional acting in that capacity.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
Coaching may be subject to additional terms relating to matters such as packages, scheduling, cancellations and payment. Where additional terms apply, they will be provided to you in connection with the relevant coaching service.
Information about coaching confidentiality and how coaching information is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
8. Physical activity and wellbeing experiences
Some CRAOI content may involve movement, exercise, yoga, walking, stretching, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation or other wellbeing activities.
People have different abilities, health circumstances and levels of experience.
You are responsible for choosing activities that are appropriate for you and participating within your own capabilities.
Where appropriate, follow any safety instructions provided by CRAOI or the professional delivering the activity.
If you are uncertain whether an activity is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Challenges and positive actions
CRAOI may offer challenges designed to encourage positive actions relating to personal wellbeing, connection, community or the planet.
Participation in challenges is voluntary.
Challenge descriptions may include specific participation requirements, dates, goals, eligibility criteria or other rules. Where additional challenge rules are provided, they form part of the terms applicable to that challenge.
You agree to participate honestly and not deliberately falsify activities, check-ins, distances, results or other information.
CRAOI may correct or remove entries where we reasonably believe they are inaccurate, fraudulent or contrary to the challenge rules.
Some challenges may include prizes, charitable contributions or other forms of recognition. Additional conditions may apply and will be communicated where relevant.
Where identifying a challenge winner requires us to share information with an employer or another party, we will handle this in accordance with our Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.
10. Group activities and community features
CRAOI may allow users to create, host, join or participate in group activities.
If you create or participate in an activity, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.
You must not use CRAOI to organise, promote or encourage:
-
unlawful activities;
-
activities that create an unreasonable risk of harm;
-
harassment, bullying or discrimination;
-
threatening or abusive behaviour;
-
fraudulent or misleading activities; or
-
activities that otherwise breach these Terms.
Unless CRAOI expressly states otherwise, a user-created group activity is organised by the relevant user rather than by CRAOI.
CRAOI may remove an activity or restrict access to community features where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
11. Hearts, virtual gardens, streaks and achievements
CRAOI may use Hearts, virtual garden items, streaks, badges, achievements or similar features to recognise participation and positive actions.
Unless we expressly state otherwise:
-
these features have no monetary or cash value;
-
they cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
they are not a financial product or currency;
-
they cannot be transferred or sold to another person; and
-
they do not create ownership rights in any underlying CRAOI feature or service.
We may reasonably develop, update or replace these features as CRAOI evolves, subject to applicable consumer rights.
12. Acceptable use
You agree to use CRAOI lawfully, responsibly and respectfully.
You must not:
-
use CRAOI for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
-
impersonate another person;
-
attempt to access another user's account;
-
share your account credentials with unauthorised users;
-
interfere with or disrupt CRAOI's systems or security;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to CRAOI systems, data or infrastructure;
-
introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code;
-
scrape, copy or systematically extract CRAOI content or data without permission;
-
reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code except where the law expressly permits this;
-
use CRAOI to harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against another person;
-
upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing material;
-
misuse community or group features;
-
deliberately provide fraudulent challenge or activity information; or
-
use CRAOI in a way that infringes another person's rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action where reasonably necessary.
13. Content you create or share
Some CRAOI features may allow you to create, submit or share content, such as group activities, comments, challenge information or other material.
You retain ownership of content that you create.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit or share that content and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.
You give CRAOI a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display your content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide and improve the relevant CRAOI service or feature.
This licence does not give CRAOI the right to sell your personal content or use private wellbeing information for unrelated advertising purposes.
How personal information contained in user content is processed is governed by our Privacy Policy.
When content is deleted, we will handle associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, although technical backup copies may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary.
14. CRAOI content and intellectual property
CRAOI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the CRAOI platform and in content made available through it, except where content is expressly identified as belonging to another party.
This may include:
-
the CRAOI name and brand;
-
website and platform design;
-
graphics and visual elements;
-
written content;
-
videos;
-
audio;
-
meditations;
-
workshops and learning materials;
-
challenges;
-
programme materials; and
-
software and platform functionality.
Subject to these Terms, CRAOI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use CRAOI content for your own personal wellbeing and participation in the services.
Unless you have our permission or the law permits it, you may not reproduce, sell, commercially distribute, republish or exploit CRAOI content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CRAOI intellectual property to you.
15. Content from wellbeing experts and other third parties
CRAOI may feature content or experiences created or delivered by independent wellbeing experts, coaches, instructors, charities, community organisations or other third parties.
Where appropriate, their own professional terms, qualifications or disclaimers may also apply.
The inclusion of third-party content or a link to another organisation does not mean CRAOI controls that organisation or its services.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review when using them.
16. Availability and changes to CRAOI
We want CRAOI to be useful, reliable and continually improving.
From time to time we may:
-
add or remove content;
-
introduce new features;
-
update existing functionality;
-
change how parts of the service operate;
-
carry out maintenance;
-
release security or software updates; or
-
discontinue features that are no longer appropriate or sustainable.
We will take reasonable care when making changes and, where required by applicable consumer law, provide relevant information or notice.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if a paid digital service fails to meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
17. App Store and Google Play
The CRAOI mobile application may be downloaded through third-party app marketplaces such as the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Your use of those marketplaces is also subject to their applicable terms.
Where you purchase a CRAOI subscription through an app marketplace, payment, billing, renewal and certain cancellation or refund processes may be handled by that marketplace.
CRAOI does not control the terms imposed by Apple, Google or other third-party marketplaces.
Nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
18. Paid subscriptions
Some CRAOI services may require payment.
Before you purchase a paid service directly as a consumer, you will be provided with information about the service, price, payment arrangements, subscription period and other material conditions that apply.
If a subscription renews automatically, the applicable renewal arrangements will be communicated as part of the purchase process.
Where payment is made through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party marketplace, subscriptions should generally be managed through the relevant marketplace account.
Any statutory cancellation, refund, conformity or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected by these Terms.
19. Employer-sponsored access
If an organisation pays for your access to CRAOI, you will generally not be personally responsible for the organisation's subscription fees.
The organisation's commercial relationship with CRAOI is governed separately.
Your employer may receive aggregated or anonymised information about participation and wellbeing trends as described in our Privacy Policy.
Standard organisational reporting does not provide your employer with unrestricted access to your individual wellbeing entries, personal goals or individual mood information.
20. Privacy and personal information
Your privacy matters to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
-
what personal information we collect;
-
how and why we use it;
-
how wellbeing information is handled;
-
what information may be provided to organisations;
-
how coaching information is treated;
-
who we may share information with;
-
how long information is retained; and
-
your data-protection rights.
Please read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.
Where CRAOI requests separate consent for particular processing of personal information, including certain wellbeing information, that consent is separate from your acceptance of these Terms.
21. Suspending or ending your access
You may stop using CRAOI at any time.
Where available, you may also request deletion of your account or personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict your access where we reasonably believe that:
-
you have seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms;
-
your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
-
your use creates a material security risk;
-
your behaviour creates a serious risk to another user;
-
suspension is required by law; or
-
your entitlement to organisation-sponsored access has ended.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanently terminating an account, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Ending access does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
22. Our responsibility to you
CRAOI will provide its services with the level of care and skill required by applicable law.
However, wellbeing is personal and outcomes differ between individuals. We cannot promise that using CRAOI will produce a particular health, wellbeing, employment, behavioural or other outcome.
CRAOI does not guarantee that:
-
every activity will be suitable for every individual;
-
participation will create a particular habit;
-
a challenge will produce a particular wellbeing result; or
-
use of CRAOI will prevent illness, stress, burnout or other health or workplace difficulties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, CRAOI is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Different liability arrangements may apply to organisations purchasing CRAOI under separate commercial terms.
23. Feedback
We welcome ideas and feedback about CRAOI.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions about improving CRAOI, we may use those ideas to develop our services without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not give CRAOI ownership of your personal information or other content that is protected under Section 13 above.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, for example because:
-
CRAOI's services or features change;
-
legal or regulatory requirements change;
-
security requirements change; or
-
we need to clarify or improve the Terms.
The latest version will be available on our website and the date at the top will show when the Terms were last updated.
Where a change materially affects your rights or your use of a service and applicable law requires us to do so, we will provide appropriate notice.
We will not use this section to remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.
25. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced
If a court or other competent authority decides that part of these Terms is unlawful or cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
26. Irish law and your consumer rights
These Terms are governed by Irish law.
If you are a consumer living in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of those protections.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right to bring a claim or seek a remedy available to you under applicable law.
