When The Going Gets Tough; Let's Get Creative

It's been an unsettling and overwhelming time, with the news of companies, schools, pubs and restaurants closed, we can no longer turn a blind eye to the seriousness of the current situation. We, as a nation, a community, a daughter, a son, a friend, a parent, a teacher...have been tasked with a HUGE responsibility. We must stay in, stay safe, and stay away.

No-one expects us to find self-isolation easy; many of us are already experiencing cabin fever and we are only a few days in. We are human after all - and it's okay to feel overwhelmed, unsure and restless at home - it's a big change from your normal routine and more than that, this is a scary time. The most important thing is that we all support each other, keep each other safe and come together as the unified nation that we are and fight this together. We will come out stronger and ironically closer for it. With some long days looming ahead, and ones that will potentially prohibit us from being able to socialise, shop, eat or drink in our local areas we thought it would be helpful to share some innovative, educational and sometimes crazy content with you. So welcome to: The Serenity Hub. One of our purposes: to try bridge the online to offline gap and make you feel less alone in this time of uncertainty. We may not be able to physically go about our normal lives, but let's use this time to introduce new routines and activities to better ourselves. Let's emerge from this stronger, healthier, prouder and happier than ever. Let's beat this together.

We hope you enjoy - and please do let us know if you have any requests. We are here for you, as your new online friend for life. Love The Serenity Club x
